No product, poor customer service I ordered on the 7th of December, said it was delivered on the 20th of December, it was not delivered, I asked for proof of delivery and they sent me a picture of a random door that wasn’t mine, their communication via email is very slow and it’s now the 31st of January I’m £45 down, and my partner still has no Xmas present. I’ve asked for a refund 3 times but they keep saying it was delivered to the right area and it wasn’t, absolutely shocking customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Package has been arriving/departing USPS partner in Jamaica, Queens since 12/06/23. (15 times to be exact). Customer service told me twice they sent it, and is in customs. But did not offer to look into it any further. Very very disappointed . UPDATE- My package is due to be delivered today. As frustrating as the shipping process was Noblepawtrait was responsive to all of my emails, which meant something to me.

Impressed by the quality of the pic and fabric I must say I was really impressed by Noblepawtrait. I ordered an HAWAIAN SHIRT and they did more than just matching my expectations. The package arrived sonner than expected (shippment in France approx= 18 days). They show you a preview of your final product before sending it. The fabric is good quality and photo incrustation is very well done! :) Very Happy

It wasn't clear on receipt of my money… It wasn't clear on receipt of my money that my selections had been made. I got a generic picture of a shirt that was on the website on my receipt. Very happy with the purchase, which was here way quicker than I anticipated and the quality seems excellent. It will be a xmas present, so can't comment on the duribilty. Very happy apart from the initial anxiety.

Long time to ship, no tracking, and no response from seller. The product is okay but the shipping took over a month even though I paid extra to have it jump to the front of the line and to have shipping fully tracked but it showed in New York for several weeks before it suddenly arrived without a shipping update. The seller did not acknowledge or respond to any of my emailed inquiries. I don’t think the product was worth the money or experience.
