Why in the world does bestbuy partner… Why in the world does bestbuy partner with this company to fulfill orders?! it is very difficult to track an order. Impossible to contact the driver. Even the customer service representatives were not able to contact the driver. Stressful EXPERIENCE!

This week I was on vacation with my… This week I was on vacation with my kids and we needed groceries because we were going to Disney World in Orlando. So we thought that going through Target would be a good idea. So we used Shipt that day we ordered all of our food and the next day we received a notification saying that our refund had been processed. However, we never asked for a refund so all the food was returned and because of the store you can't return the food. So it seemed like the driver just took the food. The only thing that they said they delivered was the hairspray so the hairspray ended up being $16 because of the $10 delivery fee and it never showed up.Then we talked to the front desk and they told us that this sometimes happens through this company. Target couldn't do anything to help us. So later we called them and they gave us a refund for our money. However, we weren't looking for this. We were looking for our food. If I could rate the zero Stars I would.

Consistently more expensive (pointless middleman) I have the membership freely through a Visa Infinite credit card (otherwise this would be a 1-star review) and it's pointless. First, everything is around 5% more expensive on Shipt (they even admit so in help.shipt dot com /pricing/how-are-your-prices-determined ) -- so why do they charge shipping & handling on top? Scammy. On top of that, free shipping only applies above $35, which means that you'll probably pay the same or less ordering directly from the source even with a delivery fee (esp. if small). On top of that, you don't find the same products or ofers on the Shipt platform! E.g. CVS and Walgreens have great discounts for vitamins but those never come up in Shipt. I made several test runs on different stores and it's consistently more expensive on Shipt. Who comes up with these "business models" ? "I know, let's become a middleman and have people pay MORE to order in a more complicated way!" Do they think that we are dumb?

Terrible There were two occasions. One sevens days earlier. There shopper could find my house and didn't want to listen to my directions, so she took the $400 order back to the store and I had to wait for my refund to buy groceries again. I requested to have the order delivered between 4 and 5. The order was delivered at 12:30. I was at work. When I got home, all the produce and meats were spoiled. They did not do anything to help remedy the situation. They, then, told me that I had to return all the spoiled items to the store myself in order to get a refund. I did that. Then I cancelled my membership. They are awful. They do not care about making anything right when their employees are messing up. I used this company for the last two years and now I will be using instacart.

I was amazed at how personable, efficient, and prompt she is, also keeping me in the loop with updates and checking to see if I needed anything else. I would certainly hire Cassy in a heartbeat. You have an excellent employee on your team. This kind of positive output works well for Target too! Thank You Cassy
