Their prices were great, plus they gave me free shipping for ordering more than $50 of merchandise. They packed everything very securely. I ordered for the first time and… I ordered for the first time and checked whether the site is legit; these days you never know if a site isn't a fraudulent front. The reviews on this site were pretty negative, somewhat outdated but at least indicating the store is legit. I risked it as some of the product sounded interesting and were hard to find elsewhere. I was positively impressed - the order arrived 2 days later (I'm in MA) and everything was wrapped nicely maybe even a little much. Everything as described. I am thinking maybe when these guys started out they didn't get everything quite right but learned from things that didn't go well - I am very pleased and will definitely order from them again! (The Italians make such nice things.)

Wonderful store. Great Service Writing this review because there are so many bad reviews here. My experience has been nothing but spectacular. Great service all around, sure the 10% first order discount doesn't work when you buy multiples with discount, but they were able to apply it offline after I placed the order. Great communication (1 item out of 25 was out of stock and they offered a replacement or wait 5 days for it be replenished, or a refund). Shipped within 1 day. Arrived within 1 day. Very very well packed. We are happy and will certainly order again.
