I will not be purchasing from this bulletin organization! Scam Artists!

29th and L, Omaha NE OMG..The phone girl "Karla C", was very good. I had lost my phone and she was very professional. She got me a new phone, case and a screen protector all in about 15 minutes. ZERO STARS!! ZERO STARS!! Quite upset with the auction portion, I won items and firstly was very excited. I had to travel over 100km to collect them when I got home, I was missing an item. Secondly, one item was a knock off item but before bidding on them I double checked photos and description to ensure they weren't but they were. Thirdly, one item was not the same color as the picture of the item. And lastly, an item that said it was brand new, came broken. I have tried reaching out multiple times but I never got an answer on what to do or how to get money back.

I’ve been going to this location for… I’ve been going to this location for well over thirty plus years back when it was convenient and jet and now magasaver never had a problem but now they hire new people and ask for my ID mind you I’m sixty years old and look like it. the woman has a real attitude even when she speaks she shows it to people all I can say is if I get treated like this any longer I don’t have a problem with taking my business and money elsewhere if you can’t show compassion or courtesy to customers maybe you don’t work for them at all this drives business away!
