The customer service is excellent The customer service is excellent. I placed my order and they telephoned me because they were not sure about something in the order - no company does that. My order arrived yesterday and while I have not eaten any of the meals yet, I can say that they were still frozen, there was still dry ice and they really look good. I won't get to eat them until next week as I am currently not at home but I will write a review when I do.

A Delicious Experience The ordering system is easy, with great descriptions of the meals. Shipping was quick and receipt of the package happened withing a couple of days. I have tried three dishes so far: they all are delicious. The prices are reasonable, as well.

lean meats, great veggies and good varieties, i am pleased with my meals from top chef. they are a good amount of food for a single entree. the meals are flavorful, seasoned, good varieties and quick to heat to eat. my only complaint is shipping, too expensive and too slow. my meals arrived barely cold and i worry about that with warmer weather coming. for 20 dollars the meals should arrive cold. thank you.

Customer service is horrible Customer service is horrible. 15 meals purchased, there packaging changed. THere were no sleeves on meals so shrink wrap plastic no protected and 5 meals had frozen seal broken. Emailed and got a response that they are away of change in packaging as they ran out of the cardboard protective sleeves. SO they admit they have a issue with packaging, but offered no refund for the 5 meals that had food exposed from plastic seals being ripped. THey make a great product but customer service is horrible and they do not want to keep customers... Have all the emails proving they admitted a huge issue, but refuse to take responsibility for there issues.

Disappointed The food arrived frozen solid. The flounder with spinach was not edible. Dry, tasteless, just unappealing. Perhaps because it froze? We have not tried other meals in this shipment yet. We requested that we be called upon delivery as a notification. We have made this request 3 times and it is well documented. It is hard for us to keep walking to the door to check. No call again.
