Wrong color fixed by the right customer service! The Mad Matter shipped me the wrong color mat (red/black instead of solid red) but the box, invoice, etc all said 'solid red'. I sent a photo to the Mad Matter and Casey worked directly with the supplier to get the right mat for me. I will continue to buy my mats from Mad Matter and recommend them to all because of their great customer service.

Slick outdoor ceramic tiles are now safe to walk on. I have a patio with large ceramic floor tiles out the back doors. Recently, my wife slipped and broke her wrist before Christmas on some tiles with a heavy wet dew. Florida winters can have this issue. We wanted something to keep the slippage on wet tiles to a minimum. This outdoor carpet is working perfectly. .

Mad Matter is a great company to do business with! Over the past several months I purchased 3 runners for my home. The first 2 were perfect for the locations they are in. The third one had lumps in the middle. I contacted Ben and Casey, both customer reps at Mad Matter. Ben asked that I send pictures of the mat. Casey had determined that the mat didn't cool enough after production and being rolled for shipping. With in several days, They had sent me a replacement which is perfect. I appreciate that they stand behind their product. I would highly recommend the company and their products.

Custom Logo Floor Mats We ordered two custom logo floor mats for our shop so our mechanics wouldn't track dirt into the office. We picked the Superscrape rubber mats, and the material is durable and easily cleaned. The logo came out perfect because Ben, our designer, was willing to work paitently with us through some changes. Overall we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them in the future.
