GBConstant downhill spiral This company is progressively going downhill. 3 out of the last 4 deliveries I have received arrived hot and without ice. I contacted customer support every single time, and they assured it would be fixed. Spoiler alert: it never was. And the only thing they did to rectify the situation was give me store credit for the THREE WARM BOXES of wasted meals. The one box I received last month that wasn't warm, ended up having a huge hair in one of the smoothies that I almost swallowed. Disgusting, terrible quality control, and don't care about their customers at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Company is progressively going downhill.

GBBeen ordering for years Been ordering for years! Everything is super tasty, nutritious, and made my PCOS symptoms (I’ve struggled with for 20+ years) basically nonexistent. I’ve tried other vegan meal services and they were unbelievably high in sodium and calories. The chili grain bowl, pineapple smoothie, and lentil dal are my faves

GBOvercharged poor value Overcharged - they charged $13 in shipping cost to my card that wasn’t quoted in the checkout process Customer service was not apologetic Meals are overpriced and they hide ingredients, making it very hard for those of us with allergies and intolerances. Missing items with no chance to choose a substitute

GBI really love the flavor of their soups… I really love the flavor of their soups and smoothies.The nutrition to your body is wonderful. I felt a difference and so did my blood tests. My cholesterol went from 238 to 156 in 6 weeks. I know sometimes containers arrive broken or in hotter places arrive warm so you cant use them. Customer service is very responsive and credit you on your next shipment. Its not the companies fault if FedEx is not careful with your box or delivers late.
