Thawed items in box When I received this order, I had to sign for it at my front door. When I opened it, the dry ice had dissipated and the burgers and filet mignons were warm and I had to toss them. I would not have used UPS for shipping as there are a number of handoffs in non-refrigerated trucks. FedEx Next Day would have prevented this.

High-Quality Meat High-Quality Meat! I got my first box delivered last week! The first think I noticed is none of the products have any additives and are All-Natural. So far I’ve tried the chicken and filets, they are amazing quality! My friend tried the pork chops and said they are better than any restaurant. Definitely recommend.

the packaged meat was delivered… the packaged meat was delivered unfrozen and messy. However, the meat received is very good quality. Please improve delivery method, perhaps in a Styrofoam cooler.
