Scholtze makes an excellent set of… Scholtze makes an excellent set of products. I love their link sausages and I have a subscription for hamburger which is great tasting and fairly lean. I use their meaty soup bones for a hearty vegetable beef soup which I make with chopped rutabagas and carrots with onions. Beef barley can be added also. Their bacon is great also. I frequently make liver, onions and bacon using Scholtze liver and bacon. This is a meal I have loved since childhood and helps me with some deficiency genes I have in the B vitamin family and for vitamin A.

Cold day comfort! Fast delivery and fully frozen. Packaged nicely! I have only sampled one roast so far but very good! Made in crockpot as a potroast, fed the 3 of us (2 being large eaters) with leftovers. Smelled great after a long day of teaching on a cold day!

Everyone should be doing this!!! I don't know why every family isn't getting their beef from the Scholze Family Farms. Great product. Really, really good prices. Fast turnaround time in terms of delivery. They have my business for the foreseeable future.
