Great example of a wisconsin farm, quality is there name, so support your farmers always a 10 even it only goes up to a five, great customer service, very nice people and down to earth. great steaks, frozen when it gets here. Been ordering from this farm for a while

Excellent I have ordered meat from Scholze since May of 2020. The meat is delicious and comes exactly as described. Customer service is outstanding. I have a a rare occurrence of not having a item and they give me excellent options to replace and communicate it well. Love that the packaging is more environmentally friendly (green cell) and meat always comes frozen. The ground beef is super lean and a family favorite.

rib eye stakes taste was good but a bit tough I will try with the other 2 steaks and give my final review
