I looked at alot of sites before… I looked at alot of sites before placing my order through this company. The quality looked good and the prices are more than competitive, some places wanted twice the price for something not as nice. The shipping was faster than anticipated and properly packaged. Definitely a company worth giving your business to, they seem to really care about customer service and even reached out to ensure that I received my delivery and that it was everything I had been expecting. Really great painless customer service My bee bubbler came with a crack on the dripping honey, but I contacted customer service and Steve got Empire to send me a new piece really quickly since they were out of stock. Awesome customer service from this shop, wasn't sure which site to go with originally for my bee piece but I'm glad I chose these guys.

doesn’t sit right The weird round glass joint doesn’t sit in the opening well, so it rattles around. Also, this wasn’t the right measurement, despite checking multiple sites for where to measure the length. Waste of money, not worth trying again. Edit: Steve has emailed me three times, pestering me to update this review so here we go. They refunded my money, which is nice, but this glass piece is undoubtedly awful. I took it to a local head-shop and we tried this down stem on multiple pieces. It sits an inch outside your piece, and the ball joint makes the down stem unstable, so it rattles around when you remove the bowl to clear it. I do not recommend anyone buy this down stem.
