GBI work in customer service I work in customer service, and if anyone else does, you know that a lot of people have this, “I can treat you however I want because I’m the customer.” mentality, and it’s trash. GBNo email or chat provided on website I don't like that it takes them so long to deliver their item to me. Yes it's free shipping but still it shouldn't take two weeks. I don't like that there's no way to contact them by email or chat on their website. Yes there is a phone number and I have tried calling it and every time it hangs up on me. Please give us a way to contact you easily yes I could look up your email on Google but I don't think I should have to I think it should be provided I haven't got your item yet I've been waiting so I can't say whether I like or dislike your product.
