I have always loved what Hookah Lab has… I have always loved what Hookah Lab has to offer! Availability of desired products, the price, and quick shipping. I will never buy in local smoke shops ever!

Very disappointed with the quality. The items looked much better in the advertised photo than the actual products that I received. They were cheaply done and they look very low quality. I wasn’t expecting to receive such a lot quality product considering the price I paid.

Got to choose my color! So I had ordered a bowl a few months back and I accidentally received a different color scheme than what was in the picture. (Obviously whatever color is in the thumbnail, I know won't be identical to the one I received, but if I order a black bowl I don't expect a yellow one) So I sent an email to the support handle of the hookah lab. Double checking that it was going to be at least the same two colors that said were in stock and they actually sent me a picture showing me what they had in stock and I got to choose! Super happy with the communication, shipping and service with this supplier. I've been ordering for the last 6 months and I won't be stopping anytime soon.
