All in all a great company. Every other time I ordered I would rate a 5. I’ve only had 2 issues ordering with you. The first was I had a bottle missing from the order, which you promptly replaced and it was greatly appreciated. The other was I got Bad Drip Don’t Care Bears instead of the Bad Drip Gnarly Sauce. You didn’t have a chance to correct that one because I never said anything about it. All and all you guys are great… super fast shipping, great customer service and the lowest prices around. I’ll continue to buy from you for the foreseeable future.

The team is super helpful The team is super helpful. We had an error with our order and it wasn’t delivered. They refunded ordered and allowed us to try again. I reordered and the shipping was fast! Hopefully the stock gets updated soon but otherwise great service

Very professional Well number one they helped me not only get into their site, but understood what I wanted. Very polite and professional so thus the rating more stars would have been better but 5 is all any site is allowed.

Do NOT order from eJuiceDirect! I'm out $55 because eJuiceDirect must have mislabeled my package. So it just keeps being sent from one US Post Office location to another. USPS won't refund it because they claim it's not missing, and eJuiceDirect says they aren't liable for anything once they put it in the mail.
