Didn't receive my order - solved! For transparency reasons, I will leave my initial text at the end. Lou Square's support team finally got back to me and solved my issue without hesitation. Really helpful and I will happily order again! Thanks for the great support, Lou Square! "Placed my order on the second of February, and items haven't been shipped yet. Smells like a scam, unfortunately. Also, no reply by customer support. Really inconvenient, wouldn't buy again."

My order was never fulfilled My order was never fulfilled. Customer service stopped replying to my emails asking for updates after one response. The delivery website says it is waiting for the package to be “dropped off by sender”, so it is clearly an issue of LouSquare’s side. The lack of customer service has me worried that the entire website is a scam. Do not trust this site. UPDATE: despite Lou Square’s response here, I have still not heard from them in 3 weeks. After a quick google search, I discovered that they actually put their office in Brickell up for sale onJanuary 9 2024, meaning that they probably plan on taking more orders with no intention of fulfilling them. Again, do NOT use this site, it is a scam.

I placed my order and saw that the… I placed my order and saw that the shipping address was missing lot 23. I emailed immediately and to give address correction. I emailed again the following day because I didn’t hear from them. I explained that the address was missing the lot number and it would be returned to sender. It was returned to sender and I am disappointed. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I want them to resend my order or get a refund.
