My order was never fulfilled My order was never fulfilled. Customer service stopped replying to my emails asking for updates after one response. The delivery website says it is waiting for the package to be “dropped off by sender”, so it is clearly an issue of LouSquare’s side. The lack of customer service has me worried that the entire website is a scam. Do not trust this site. UPDATE: despite Lou Square’s response here, I have still not heard from them in 3 weeks. After a quick google search, I discovered that they actually put their office in Brickell up for sale onJanuary 9 2024, meaning that they probably plan on taking more orders with no intention of fulfilling them. Again, do NOT use this site, it is a scam.

Great products & service! Had a small issue, but it was resolved quickly and they provided constant communication during the whole process. They were super helpful and the vapes are a great price and I will continue to order from here from now on! Would highly recommend!!! A+++

Everything is reasonably priced Everything is reasonably priced, and they are quick to offer you a discount. And the shipping price is free after 50 bucks. I have found a couple other vape places online but the shipping is higher to offset the prices. So I would say overall these guys are doing pretty good. The only one thing that I would say that if you tell somebody shipping is going to happen within 1 to 3 days you should probably make sure that happens. Mine was scheduled out for at least 6 days. But hopefully it gets here sooner 🙂

We ordered 3 vapes from this company &… We ordered 3 vapes from this company & they have not delivered. At first, they were communicating with me & saying we still owed money. Once I gave them the correct order information I haven't heard a word from them. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
