On average, I placed an order here every 2 to 3 weeks for five years. Not once was there a problem with my order. Never a mistake with the wrong items sent and on the rare chance that I received a defective item, a new one was sent immediately...with an apology. No questions asked, no hassle – nothing (Element Vape...are you listening??). If you ever attempt another business venture I would be happy to support you. I miss your company very much. Great customer service! Great customer service. FedEx left package on front door. Got home but package missing. Call Totally Wicked & they sent a replacement order while they investigated. FedEx delivered to wrong address. Neighbor brought package a few days later. TW sending me return label. Very happy with how I was treated.
