GBExceptional Customer Service ON 4/23, I received my order for 6 SKYBAR Bold Vapes - Mint. However, they were different flavors and one was a different brand. I reached out to EJUICEDB and Alejandra responded quickly and apologize. After investigating, she found that the mint was unavailable. Instead of letting me know they were out, they just sent different ones, which we all know is not right. In any event, Alejandra let the higher ups aware and gave me a full refund. Also, I do not have to return the wrong vapes, which is great. I will let me friends try them out and maybe they will like them and EJUICEDB will have new customers. Alejandra is an exceptional customer service representative and goes above and beyond. In the years I have been ordering, she has been great everytime. From a loyal customer. Lynn

GBI like it! I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is a good product, at a good price, from an established business with superb customer service. What's not to like?

GBTheir "rewards" program is a scam I have been a steady customer of this company for a long time and have placed many orders. They kept telling me that I had built up discount points but I was never able to access them. I emailed their support seven or eight times and never received help. Somebody there named Mafe just kept telling me I did indeed have these points built up. And now, today, the same guy tells me that I don't have any points. Don't trust this company. They are attracting customers by lying about benefits that don't exist.

GBI had an issue with redeeming points I had an issue with redeeming points. The agent that helped me resolve my issue very quickly. It was much appreciated.
