I will never order anything from them again.

Great value and prompt customer service I ordered several items and they were promptly shipped but a free promotional item was missing. I used the chat bubble on the bottom of the page and in less than 5 min I had tracking info on the item. Great and prompt customer service. Totally screwed up orders Not only did my order take longer than they advertised but they sent me someone else's items. The outside package had my name and address so of course I opened my own mail. Upon inspection of the paper work I noticed someone else's name, address, and order number. Which now means that person won't be getting their order either. So, while having to wait longer, then receiving the incorrect order, also not giving me my money back when I emailed them with issues I was already having. eJuiceDB will no longer receive any business from me.
