Separate shipping I like the fact that you offer a starter kit except for a fact that the advertisement was a bit misleading. I was under the impression that when I received it all I would have to do is open it, charge it then use it. My kit didn’t have the liquid with it which meant that I had to pay a separate shipping charge to get some.

Huge improvement with customer service!! Oct 4th 2022 Reached out to customer support and received a response that wasn't canned in just a few hours! Every day there's been communication about replacing items from my order that they're currently out of and they even swap items that they recommended because I didn't have time to look on the website got a confirmation that a package is on its way. I'm glad they've made changes and fixed the issues they had a year ago.
