Outstanding Customer Service This was my first time ordering from The Stash Shack prompted by their great pricing and free shipping. The order was received promptly but the incorrect color was sent in error. I emailed to make them aware of the problem and they very quickly shipped me the correct color at their expense, telling me to keep the originally shipped incorrect item as a back-up. The Stash Shack's commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding and they will continue to be my "Go to" source for vaping supplies! Thanks!!

Lied about when my package was shipped… Lied about when my package was shipped out....just be honest and there wouldn’t have been any problem. Never returned my calls and they never answer when you call, you get a voice mail that you can’t even understand! Customer service is so unprofessional, will not do business with again.

Great customer service and prices I got a UFO induction heater and it started malfunctioning within a week. I emailed Stash Shack and they got back to me very quickly and the unit is being replaced. Excellent communication and their prices were the best I found on the internet. I'll buy from them again with confidence.
