I,ve known stash shack for not very… I,ve known stash shack for not very long and I like what I seen with their products , I was skeptical a little from finding out about them on Twitter. But I received my orders in a very fast time manner , which I was very surprised, but I’ve had no problems from them so I give them a ten!

Lied about when my package was shipped… Lied about when my package was shipped out....just be honest and there wouldn’t have been any problem. Never returned my calls and they never answer when you call, you get a voice mail that you can’t even understand! Customer service is so unprofessional, will not do business with again.

TSS support is terrible I was sent the incorrect item - and so far TSS customer support has been nothing less than non-responsive. I have tried calling, emailing, Facebook messaging and their live chat. This is quickly approaching the 1 hour mark, and I have yet to be acknowledged.

Great customer service and prices I got a UFO induction heater and it started malfunctioning within a week. I emailed Stash Shack and they got back to me very quickly and the unit is being replaced. Excellent communication and their prices were the best I found on the internet. I'll buy from them again with confidence.

Great customer service... After notifying them that my product was defective, they wasted no time shipping a new one which is working perfectly! I'm a happy customer now that will definitely do business with them again.
