GBMighty Fine... Haven't found anything better, VaptFi shipping getting better, except that delivery drivers do NOT ask for ID or to sign for, so why do you charge that fee?

GBIt says my order was delivered and… It says my order was delivered and signed for with my name. It was not me that signed for it and I waited a week for it to be delivered. I was so excited to get a new one and now I am very angry because I have no idea where it is or who signed for it. Contacted support. We shall see what happens. **UPDATE** Support got back to me and escalated tge problem. My package should be delivered today. They left off information. Im glad it worked out and that's why i changed my score.

GBI had to give Vaporfi one star because… I had to give Vaporfi one star because it wouldn’t allow me to leave 0 stars. I was a loyal customer until now! When I placed my order showing my apartment # and somehow didn't appear on the shipping label. So order was returned to sender. Vaporfi issued a refund 3 weeks after order was placed. You can only email this company. CAUTION ⛔️ ⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I ran my business this way, i’d have no business! 😡🤬😡

GBI have been having alot of issues with… I have been having alot of issues with delivery as the shipping company cannot give me a time of day for arrival. As I work this is very frustrating. I am going to have shipments sent to be picked up locally. This should solve the issue. The 50% discount offered was what made me decide to continue with Vapor Fi. I love the product just not the issue with delivery.

GBOkay Juice, Poor Customer Service and Shipping I have been a customer for about 2 years and find their vape juice acceptable at best but good enough to repurchase (only because the juice on the market sucks and I am tired of manufacturing my own juice). However, I am not going back to them because their shipping and customer service is HORRIBLE. Their shipper doesn't notify you when they are coming they just show up (or claim they did). On my last order they made two unannounced attempts before 7 am in the morning and found it odd that I was not able to answer the door in time before they ran off. The drivers reason was she was late for her other job so she came early in the morning. (That sounds like a "you" problem, don't make it a "my" problem) On the order I am currently waiting for I contacted customer service and asked that they call me to help me determine where in the shipping blackhole my order was. Of course they responded via email and said the shipper will notify me when its out-for-delivery. And then tonight I get an email that stated Apr 23, 2024 5:42 PM Attempted Delivery: No One Avail Sig Required 1st Attempt It goes without saying I was not notified that it was "Out-for-Delivery". While, I don't want to call them liars, they are liars. I was home at that time, no one knocked on the door and no-one rang my RING DOORBELL and there is no footage on the RING DOORBELL showing anyone coming to the door or ringing it. So either they made it past the Ring Camera motion detection the covers the drive way and made it past the Ring Doorbell motion and doorbell detection or they went to the wrong home or they are liars. There is no 3rd possible option.
