easier to navigate it was easier to navigate, however what i don't like is the 5.99 charge for age verification when your site says it is free. Besides no one who delivers ever checks age and usually just drops the package

I have been having alot of issues with… I have been having alot of issues with delivery as the shipping company cannot give me a time of day for arrival. As I work this is very frustrating. I am going to have shipments sent to be picked up locally. This should solve the issue. The 50% discount offered was what made me decide to continue with Vapor Fi. I love the product just not the issue with delivery.

I used to order from VaporFi regularly… I used to order from VaporFi regularly when they were allowed to ship through USPS. Last time I ordered from them, Oct 2022, I had to drive out to Denver Int'l Airport to pick up my package because the company VaporFi contracted with wouldn't deliver it. Since then I've been getting my e-juice from a great local shop.

I had to give Vaporfi one star because… I had to give Vaporfi one star because it wouldn’t allow me to leave 0 stars. I was a loyal customer until now! When I placed my order showing my apartment # and somehow didn't appear on the shipping label. So order was returned to sender. Vaporfi issued a refund 3 weeks after order was placed. You can only email this company. CAUTION ⛔️ ⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I ran my business this way, i’d have no business! 😡🤬😡

It says my order was delivered and… It says my order was delivered and signed for with my name. It was not me that signed for it and I waited a week for it to be delivered. I was so excited to get a new one and now I am very angry because I have no idea where it is or who signed for it. Contacted support. We shall see what happens. **UPDATE** Support got back to me and escalated tge problem. My package should be delivered today. They left off information. Im glad it worked out and that's why i changed my score.
