GBThis is the first time I've tried to… This is the first time I've tried to vape dry herbs ... so, I found the Herbster dry kit online. The VaporTech folks were SO nice about the order and everything was fast and easy. I'm following instructions, but it's evident I'm not doing something right. Sometimes it works really well; other times, not so good. I'm sure it's MY problem. The VaporTech folks told me to contact them if I had a problem or questions and that's exactly what I'll do. I'm absolutely sure the issue will be resolved because VaporTech customer service is top notch. Too bad I can't say that about other companies.

GBBeyond the Call of Duty The speed of all services provided were beyond the call of duty. Living in Hawaii when we see "2-day delivery" we expect it in a week or more. Two working days after ordering, my nervousness caused me to email a request for a "Tracking Number." Imagine my shock when the answer came back, Your order is out for delivery and a very few minutes later your ordered has been delivered. I still had my nightgown on! GBI purchased 2 boxes of the Vapor Mango… I purchased 2 boxes of the Vapor Mango (vaportech) and none of them in each box worked. Mind you I purchase these all the time from Quicktrip never had problem. Quick trip said I had to contact the vendor to get replacement. I call them and they said they won't replace them because I did not have the receipt which is crazy about who gets receipts nowadays. Furthermore, they took my ID and scanned it so they know I buy them there all the time since they like to track that stuff. MAKES me so mad. Bad business practices and furthermore the lady on the phone was rude. NEVER will I purchase from this company again they lost my business.
