I received the package however when I… I received the package however when I received the package the first thing I did was let it charge for an hour or 2. I tried to vape, it worked a couple vapes but then stopped working and keeps flashing red so I charged it again for another couple hours and it would not allow me to vape only for 2 - 3 times then I have to do it all over again, or I would tried clicking twice to reset the vape however that didn't work as well, , this is ridiculous I shouldn't have to go through this much to vape. I might have to try and find another place that sells almost the same kind but better vapes.

Great customer service My first vape stopped working, I contacted vape mood & they offered a replacement or a refund. within a day they shipped my replacement out. Great customer service.
