I would've given this site 5 stars I would've given this site 5 stars, but the vape pen I ordered stated, online that it held a cartridge the diameter of 11mm. When I received the pen, it stated on the box that it only held a cartridge of 10.5 diameter, which meant that it wouldn't work with the units I had. I ended up keeping the unit anyway because it does seem like a great pen, if you have a cartridge that will fit in it. I also must say that the shipment was awesome. I was supposed to receive it on a Monday, but ended up getting it in the mail Saturday, which was a great surprise. I like the site, like I said, it would've gotten 5 stars, had it not been for the false advertising.

I had an issue with a product that was… I had an issue with a product that was recently purchased. I emailed customer support and they sent out a replacement for my defective product immediately. I had it 2 days later! Thank you, Vape Mood!

I received the package however when I… I received the package however when I received the package the first thing I did was let it charge for an hour or 2. I tried to vape, it worked a couple vapes but then stopped working and keeps flashing red so I charged it again for another couple hours and it would not allow me to vape only for 2 - 3 times then I have to do it all over again, or I would tried clicking twice to reset the vape however that didn't work as well, , this is ridiculous I shouldn't have to go through this much to vape. I might have to try and find another place that sells almost the same kind but better vapes.

They sent the wrong item, ignored all communications They sent the wrong item, phone line did not work, emails were returned as undeliverable. Contacted them on Instagram, no response. DO NOT BUY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
