GBSo far not happy with my service So far not happy with my service. Unfortunately I’m going to have to echo a lot of the negative reviews. Ordered on a Thursday and now it’s the following Tuesday. Received no shipping information as of yet and have left multiple voicemails and sent an email requesting info. Have had zero communication as of yet. While the pricing is great it is frustrating when you need a product in and you are getting zero response.

GBI have ordered thousands of dollars… I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of items from them multiple times. The first 2 or 3 orders went smooth and fine. The most recent orders have been awful. The items take over a week to even ship from them even if you pay for the 4 day shipping. The products are not even in stock half the time but their website says differently. The customer service does not much of an understanding to the urgency of people getting there items. If you need your items on time this is not the place to ever order from.

GB"refund" but no money back Everything is cool and the package is on the way. However I received an email saying that some of the things I purchased were refunded. That's fine I'm not upset. My problem is that i didn't get the money back on my credit card. I believe it was 75$. As long as I get my money back and the package comes in with everything else I ordered then there is no issue. I will continue buying. I already sent a message on customer service but I have not received a reply so I'm just reaching out on here in hopes my issue can be addressed. Furthermore, a lot of the stuff I want to buy is out of stock and I'm wondering when it will be back in stock. Thanks!

GBZERO STARS I don't normally go out of my way to even write reviews or complain, but this website is THAT SHADY. If I could rate zero stars, I would - for ZERO customer service. Tried to place several hefty orders with this company, and had issues every single time. My first order was never even processed. The other orders took two weeks just to process, and another two weeks to ship. I tried to get in contact with Vape in the Box via phone & "customer support" email, SEVERAL TIMES, and never got a single response. I will never give Vape in the Box my business again. Do not recommend at all!

HKCould improve costumer support Awful customer support. Didn't answer emails for days and took over a week for the order to be sent out. Update: After placing another order I was responded to way quicker by customer support. Turnaround time was way better. However professionality in email responses could improve.
