They will scam you!!! I paid $92 for an order. They sent me an email indicating that it was being shipped - but the tracking number shows that the product never got shipped. They refuse to respond to any of my many inquiries regarding my order or a refund. (This is my second negative review of Tobacco Pie. They contacted Trustpilot and asked them to take my first negative review down - which they obediently did - even though I sent Trustpilot the documentation for my received payment and unfulfilled order. Tobacco Pie has still never contacted me in an attempt to make things right. It is a total scam outfit and not to be trusted.)

They do not respond to emails They do not respond to emails, the label is created but not yet in the tracking system, in Holland that means that they bought a label but not delivered the package to the postal office. I hope that the universe will give them what they gave to others..
