There was no order shipped corresponding to the tracking code I was sent I placed a order, but was informed that I could only pay by Crypto or through a PayPal Personal transfer to a hotmail account. After I paid $304.96, I received a tracking number which my post office told me is invalid, as no corresponding package has ever been sent. Between the cost of the order & PayPal charges, I paid $319.09 ($304.96 for products, plus a PayPal surcharge) and never received anything. USPS continues to insist that the tracking number TobaccoPie sent me is invalid and no such package was ever sent. Addendum: today, 10/30/23, I tried to track my TobaccoPie order, once again, by using the tracking number TobaccoPie provided, and was once again informed by the USPS website that “no such package has been shipped.”

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! I placed my order on Dec.21st and received a confirmation but never received a tracing number nor my order. I have emailed several different ways and times and I received only one response telling me that my order was shipped to the email on my account but never received a tracking number or my product. I am retired and on a fixed income and these people should not be able to get away with this.

Ignore the Positive Reviews!! Based on the previous positive reviews I decided to take the chance - what a mistake. My order was placed on January 12th. A couple of weeks later I received what I assume is a bogus tracking number that now shows my product landed in the US on January 23rd. They will no longer respond to emails or chat messages. I decided to look up the address they use in Chicago and it looks like an abandoned pallet factory of some sort. Do not send this company your hard earned money and shame on the people who wrote the reviews that led the rest of us to trust them!

They do not respond to emails They do not respond to emails, the label is created but not yet in the tracking system, in Holland that means that they bought a label but not delivered the package to the postal office. I hope that the universe will give them what they gave to others..
