Never received ordered in October 2023… Never received ordered in October 2023 cigarettes. Unofficial payment request was kind of suspicious, but I accept the risk. Don't repeat my mistake!

Hard to fault Hard to fault, ordering was easy and goods turned up on time well packaged. They do what they promise.

There was no order shipped corresponding to the tracking code I was sent I placed a order, but was informed that I could only pay by Crypto or through a PayPal Personal transfer to a hotmail account. After I paid $304.96, I received a tracking number which my post office told me is invalid, as no corresponding package has ever been sent. Between the cost of the order & PayPal charges, I paid $319.09 ($304.96 for products, plus a PayPal surcharge) and never received anything. USPS continues to insist that the tracking number TobaccoPie sent me is invalid and no such package was ever sent. Addendum: today, 10/30/23, I tried to track my TobaccoPie order, once again, by using the tracking number TobaccoPie provided, and was once again informed by the USPS website that “no such package has been shipped.”

They do not respond to emails They do not respond to emails, the label is created but not yet in the tracking system, in Holland that means that they bought a label but not delivered the package to the postal office. I hope that the universe will give them what they gave to others..

Same here, it is a SCAM ! Same here: I paid for the order, and then you get a tracking email, just to keep you busy/waiting. The tracking email already 3 weeks long is saying "Label has been created" I will never get my cigarettes. And again this will be 1 more time in my life I got scammed (besides all those eastern block russian/ukrainian woman I mean of course) Another thing I noticed is that there are also many positive reviews here about Tobaccopie.com. That is a serious thing, because Tobaccopie.com 100% for sure is a SCAM, so those positive reviews have been added by bots/zombies working for Tobaccopie.com. The rating of Tobaccopie.com gets blurred because of that. Of course, for Trustpilot it is impossible to find out whether a company is uploading their own positive reviews to Trustpilot. Basically, when a company has 50% positive and 50% negative reviews, you can trust on it that those positive reviews were created by the respective company itself.
