WHAT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE TURNING OUT BAD I placed an order for Corvette J13 sneakers. Company communicated with me in the beginning and shipped in a timely manner. However, product was NOT same color scheme as image on website. This was my 3rd time ordering. A year ago I received product with NO issues other than wrong size for my wife. This time size was correct but manufacturer didn't pay attention to detail. I've sent several emails for past month and received no response. I Googled company phone number and Asian woman insisted it was wrong number. I know it's the correct number. I'm disappointed and my wife is up my ass because she wants the correct product. All I'm asking company for is instructions of do I return order, re-order, etc. Still NO RESPONSE.

Quick delivery but the wrong color Quick delivery but the wrong color. I ordered the Davinci IQ dry herb vaporizer. The vaporizer is of high quality and easy to use. I love it. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I received the wrong color in my shipment Other than that, I thought the shipment was delivered relatively quickly once the order was processed. I ordered over the weekend, and it was around veterans day. If I would have ordered during the business week and not around a holiday, I am positive that the shipment would have arrived even faster.

Not honest about shipping I ordered a tire cover on December 15th and the shipping I paid for said 5 to 7 days and I still do not have it. I never even got tracking info. I reached out to the support email address on 12/29 and did receive a timely reply that he was sorry that some things ship from China and they may have missed scanning it but I would have my item in 3 to 5 days and I still do not have it. I looked up tracking info from the website with my order number and email just about everyday for the past week and this morning it finally says it made it to the warehouse in China on 1/6. Maybe I'll have it by next Christmas.
