Tracking from their website says "order processing." I have sent multiple emails requesting a response or refund and have received no response. Website does not have a contact phone number. Poor ownership I ordered a spare tire cover on December 6th, got an email stating the one that I ordered was out of stock, I ask for a refund , and told I would be refunded, here it is January 5th and still haven't received my refund. I have emailed multiple time, with sometimes not even getting a response and other times making up excuses. Don't buy from this company...

Quick delivery but the wrong color Quick delivery but the wrong color. I ordered the Davinci IQ dry herb vaporizer. The vaporizer is of high quality and easy to use. I love it. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I received the wrong color in my shipment Other than that, I thought the shipment was delivered relatively quickly once the order was processed. I ordered over the weekend, and it was around veterans day. If I would have ordered during the business week and not around a holiday, I am positive that the shipment would have arrived even faster.
