GBWorried I’ll never get my product Been waiting days and days for an update on when my juice is going to be scanned or arrive and they don’t answer. I understand the pandemic but other small vape online companies have shipped me coils twice and it didn’t take almost 10 days for them to scan. That’s where we are at now and after reading such horrid reviews I doubt I’ll ever get my product.

GBIt has been over 3 weeks and I still… It has been over 3 weeks and I still havent received my order. I sent multiple emails I finally get a response saying hope you leave a great review 🤦♀️😂😡 that was last week and im still waiting for my order don't believe I'll ever order from west coast vape again!!!

GBWorst delivery times ever!! Made large personal vape order. Ad said shipped in 24-72 hrs. 12 days later, I received usps tracking info that my order was on the way to the post office in California. Horrible service. Only ordered there because a specific flavor wanted was available. Never again!

GBService went non-existent recently… Service went non-existent recently after ordering from them for a couple of years. A few items were substituted without my consent. Contacted and told to send pic. I did. They sent a return lable which I sent back but never received replacement product or refund.

GBWhat a mess!! After inquiring the status of a week old order that had already been charged to my credit card, I was told the items were out of stock They offered a substitute. I refused and requested a refund and to cancel the order. Not hearing or receiving a cancelation confirmation, I made a second request. Both recieved no reply. When I did hear back, the order had shipped. Unfortunately I had already made another purchase from another vendor. West Coast Vape offered no explanation or compensation. My advice is to avoid doing business with WestcCoast Vape.
