More than 2 weeks after I paid for my… More than 2 weeks after I paid for my order in full I contacted them to find out why my order hadn't shipped out yet. At that point they email me back saying their fraud system had a issue with my order and needed verifying. I sent them a picture of my face and my ID showing I was the person who ordered it and my id matched my card info. They still canceled my order anyway. I'll never order from them again. And I previously placed orders with these people for the last 6 years. Disgusting customer service and horrible business practices.

Service went non-existent recently… Service went non-existent recently after ordering from them for a couple of years. A few items were substituted without my consent. Contacted and told to send pic. I did. They sent a return lable which I sent back but never received replacement product or refund.

On the rare occasion there is an issue, the staff is eager to find an immediate AND permanent solution.

I'm unsure why this company is a hit or miss I'm unsure why this company is a hit and miss. My last order came without any issue but this time it's now been 3 days since a label was printed and my order hasn't been received by USPS. I need this order to arrive- its vape juice which is rather important... if it were anything else I wouldnt mind the wait but they're dealing with people that need their nicotine fix. I just sent a message to them but after reading reviews I have a feeling I wont be getting a response. I'll give it a week before calling my bank since that's the amount of time to wait before filing a claim

Placed an order and got confirmation… Placed an order and got confirmation email. Order never arrived. Did not get tracking number. I have tried to contact them by email, and by the three telephone numbers that I could find. Two numbers went to full voicemail boxes and the other was for a medical company that has no relation. I am cancelling my credit card payment as I believe they may be out of business.
