I sent multiple emails I finally get a response saying hope you leave a great review 🤦‍♀️😂😡 that was last week and im still waiting for my order don't believe I'll ever order from west coast vape again!!!

Ordered Custard Monster Blueberry Ordered Custard Monster Blueberry, received Jam Monster Blueberry. Contacted customer service, received a gift card for the amount of the mistake. Had to pay for shipping of the correct item, no big deal right? They sent the same wrong item, again. No answer from customer service/support this time. Its been three days. Shop elsewhere, this place sucks.

Service went non-existent recently… Service went non-existent recently after ordering from them for a couple of years. A few items were substituted without my consent. Contacted and told to send pic. I did. They sent a return lable which I sent back but never received replacement product or refund.

I always check this site prior to ordering from a new website and I saw a lot of complaints about shipping but i was willing to take a chance bc thry had somejuices i cant find anywhere else. I noticed on the vape website they disclose that their shipping may take longer due to regulation changes and being unable to use conventional shipping companies. I was ready to wait, but surprised to get my juice in about a week, which is sooner than i expected. They had good email communication about the order. I will def use this site again.

Fake products THEY DO NOT SELL AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS. I purchased the strawberry from NAKED100 series from them and naked company couldn’t verify that this product was theirs. It tasted straight up like molded strawberry and the previous bottled that I got from authentic websites didn’t taste anything like that. They didn’t respond to my email but they indeed emailed me the tracking number for the order. I tried to contact them again via email to inquiry about the product but they didn’t bother responding
