I sent multiple emails I finally get a response saying hope you leave a great review 🤦‍♀️😂😡 that was last week and im still waiting for my order don't believe I'll ever order from west coast vape again!!!

I’ve tried contacting the address that… I’ve tried contacting the address that they provided and left messages as well. It’s now 30 days later and STILL WAITING for my $117.61 to be refunded to my credit card- or report them for fraud. Buyer beware.

Placed an order and got confirmation… Placed an order and got confirmation email. Order never arrived. Did not get tracking number. I have tried to contact them by email, and by the three telephone numbers that I could find. Two numbers went to full voicemail boxes and the other was for a medical company that has no relation. I am cancelling my credit card payment as I believe they may be out of business.

I placed the order March 13, 2021 with the understanding it would ship within (as noted when order was placed) 5-7 business days. I have sent several emails. I did get a reply after noting the information given advised the order had been shipped. Tried calling and sending more emails (negative results). I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM Westcost vapesupply.
