Don't buy online with them I placed the order on Dec 16, 2022 and it said that it will be delivered the same day. Now it's the end of day Dec 20 and still I didn't get my order delivered and not sure how long it's gonna take. I called twice and also sent several emails but still didn't get the positive response. My order ID is 1000249113

The staff at 180 Smoke Vape Store at… The staff at 180 Smoke Vape Store at the danforth are super helpful, genuinely nice, courteous and sociable. Normally I go in, hoping it takes me 5-10 mins, but the way the staff treats me and how informative they are, i normally leave a little later, but super happy. Wonderful team!

Sorry to say, the E- Cig devices from 180 Smoke, Warden Store, were of poor Quality Sorry to say, the quality of the cheaper e-cigerette devices, whether Cloudmaker Nano, or i-Care e- leaf, are not sturdy and long lasting, as the first one broke off while tightening the top part with the bottom one, the 2nd one side glass cracked when it fell off from my work table, resulting into leakage, and the company refused to either repair or replace the devices. Your quality is fine. Your quality is fine. Your prices are absolutely atrocious. For the vast majority of vapers, it is meant to be THE alternative to smoking due to cost. Your prices completely negate that incentive. I do not understand how anyone is willing to fork over $23 for every tiny 30ml bottle. I'm paying $20-30 for 120ml, and it's not the cheap stuff either, quality is great. That is a difference of nearly 400% in savings.

180 smoke is a scam!! 180 smoke is a scam!!! The worst customer service I ever come across. I ordered online and they were supposed to deliver the package and guess what its has been almost a month, they r sending me these stupid auto generated emails that someone will be in touch wiz me soon!! Obviously that never happened! Then I called them their "agent" almost told me that he doesn't care, they way he talked to me, his tone was totally unprofessional and he hang up on me!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! I don't recommend 180 smoke at all!!! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know !!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! FUNNY THING AM STILL BEGGING FORY REFUND 😄
