Complaints About Website Normally, I don't have any issues with their customer service. My complaints are more about their website. Multiple times now, I have spent hours picking products and putting them in my cart only to have the website refresh on it's own, and completely empty my cart out of the blue, with me actively shopping their site. Incredibly frustrating because I cant go back and remember each one I added, so they will naturally get much less of my money because of that. The other issue is, their website is notoriously about 98% out of stock, on everything and it's very rare that they replenish anything, which is completely stupid because they are missing so many sales.

BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION It's been two weeks and they haven't said anything. Also, They called me, asked me for my paperwork (I'm a foreign student so my payment information isn't from the USA) under the pretense of a "scam". When the real scammers are them, taking your money and never delivering.

I wouldn't even give them 1 if I didn't… I wouldn't even give them 1 if I didn't have to. Don't order any from this company they straight ripping people off and nothing being done by canceling items on people's order without the customers wishes but still charging them and never I didn't receive what they supposedly refunded you. Then when you go to contact this company it's only by email. I gave them 15 days to make it right or I'm filing a police report.
