Pods not working Somebody should take heed to all these comments, it is obvious the quality of the product has declined! I sent an email about the exact same thing, pods not working and customer service wanted so much information and not willing to issue a refund without providing my protected data, even after I provided picture I’d with DOB. Get your act together!

I've contacted you numerous times and it's basically "too bad for you". LOOK at all the complaints here! Per the response from Njoy; I've emailed you, gave you my old account number, copied and pasted numerous previous orders and YOU claim you can NOT verify my age or identity. I had ordered from you on a regular basis until you claimed yo were prohibited from shipping to New York. I've been purchasing locally since then. You abandoned guaranteeing your products!!

Yikes. Been using Njoy for years, but finally making the switch after a countless amount of disgusting burnt pods that taste like laundry detergent straight out of the pack. How can a company receive so many complaints about the same thing and do nothing about it? It seems like they’re trying to put themselves out of business.

The reviews here are lies!! Check other sites. Am I the only person who gets mouthfuls of stinging, burning concentrated fluid shot into my mouth, not just once but repeatedly, on literally every other pod?? Everyone talks about the burnt taste but my biggest issue is the constant leaking and eating that disgusting nicotine juice. On full battery I can feel it bubbling and drawing differently. I have to sling out a third of the product just to keep from sucking it into my mouth when I draw. I don't know how Trustpilot reports mostly positive reviews considering every other review site reports mainly horrible reviews. In fact, NJOY took down their own review page! Wonder why? NJOY sucks, badly. Not every product, but every other one. Thats not good enough. Someone shut them down please?
