I paid… usps says delivered. Nothing there. (Locked mailbox) I ordered a Utilian 722 and paid for rush delivery and didn’t receive my order. I don’t know if this was the USPS fault cos I received a text notification saying it was delivered and in my mailbox but there was nothing in my LOCKED mailbox 2 min later. The website says Customer service “Chat and live phone support” There is no chat I can find. And the phone support was for me to leave a msg. I did and emailed through support link. We’ll see if they reply or I will have my bank refund the unfulfilled purchase. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I’ve been dying to use this. I would pay $60 for next day delivery if possible :((

Charged me $500 one month ago, zero communication since then I placed an order one month ago and was immediately charged for the total amount of ~$500. Since then, I have not received any updates on the order and have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I have called and left a message, sent multiple email messages, and gotten crickets back. Their website says they ship ALL (their emphasis, not mine) orders within 1-3 business days. I am starting to worry they are a scam website and will need to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Really unfortunate.

Beware Placed an order for a vaporizer and never received it. Tried calling, emails, and even had Norton shopping guarantee and can't get any responce.

Avoid Order placed on 2/20/24 and has been in "awaiting fulfillment" ever since. This was part of their big "60%" off sale and was said to have a lead time of up to 30 days, but here it is on day 35 with nothing. I've emailed them 3 times on their "contact us" link on their web page, and emailed them twice directly over the last week and haven't heard a peep. Don't bother calling because you can only leave a message and they'll never call you back. Kind of bummed. I thought I had found a great deal, but it looks like I'll end up doing a chargeback instead. Avoid. I think they're trying an exit scam right now. EDIT: Ended up doing a chargeback. They never replied to anything and the order still says "awaiting fulfillment." Definitely stay away from these people. EDIT 2: Just as I suspected this was an exit scam. Their website is now down. If you haven't done a chargeback do it now! Also, route shipping protection doesn't seem to care AT ALL that vaporizer chief just scammed a bunch of people. I guess if they got theirs they don't actually care about fraud like they claim. Do NOT EVER use route shipping protection because they will not help you. They do not care about your item and it's not really insured with them. Google "route shipping is a scam" if you want to see just how much they care. They also have a D- with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid them as well!

These folks are top notch These folks are top notch! My first unit came with a cracked whip bulb, and Pedro D. replaced the entire unit immediately. The TOP-vaper VP100 units work splendidly despite being lower-priced models. I'm happy with the vaporizers and very impressed with the customer service.
