GBMetal piece broke off I went to put my boys harness on him like I do every morning and it wouldn’t latch. On inspection one of the metal fasteners had broken off. Very disappointed and now my boy is without his harness and I can’t afford another one.

VEI love the quality of the harnesses and… I love the quality of the harnesses and their buckles. I wish the shipping cost wasn't so high so I could buy more often, but in general the service is very good. I will continue buying.

GBNo one responds to emails, BBB complaint filed The harness was too small, I've written 3 emails in the last 8 days trying to get an exchange or authorization for a refund, but no one has bothered to reply to my emails. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB to hopefully find a resolution. HORRIBLE customer service.

GBMy order was not complete My order was not complete. There was an item left out but no updates were given. There is no way to contact anyone at frenchiestore except to email which I have and unfortunately I have not received any response. So they should credit my account or send the missing item but at the very least respond to my email to let me know. Other than this experience, every other order has been wonderful and I love their products.
