I love this harness design I love this harness design. After many years of owning frenchies we have wore so many brands and when we tried the frenchie store we were immediately hooked. It is so strong and well designed. And two looks for the price of one make it well worth it. Not to mention it is approved and recommended by veterinarians.

Metal piece broke off I went to put my boys harness on him like I do every morning and it wouldn’t latch. On inspection one of the metal fasteners had broken off. Very disappointed and now my boy is without his harness and I can’t afford another one.

Incorrect item sent with No Return option. BAD Customer Service. I bought several items and received the wrong harness color and size. I've emailed the frenchie store and sent Instagram messages through their page. They have not responded to me nor will they help guide me on how to return this incorrect item. I'm now stuck with the wrong color and size. Never buy anything from this store, they have the WORST customer support. Good luck returning an incorrect item.

We love Frenchiestore! I’ve been shopping w/ Frenchiestore for a while now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences! I absolutely love their products - they are comfortable, fashion forward and functional. That tripartite is hard to find in any product line but they nailed it! I also appreciate their customer service too, they reply quickly and are always willing to help.
