GBDon;t expect a response from customer service I answered questions, one of which was my preferred pharmacy. I had an ear infection, and expected to get a prescription for anti-biotics. The response in my diagnostic e-mail said they could do nothing. No refund, just "go to professional for an exam". All information on the site led me to believe they could prescribe antibiotics or I wouldn't have used the site in the first place. The diagnostic e-mail also said: "If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at services at 24hrdoc.com." NO RESPONSE I went to a CVS medical clinic and got a prescription for amoxicilin that afternoon. I would NOT recommend using them for an ear infection despite the information about that problem being listed as one of the inflictions thay can address.

GBWoke up to an abcessed tooth Woke up to an abcessed tooth. Was able to fill a form out online without ever having to speak to anyone (because even speaking was difficult) and got started on antibiotics a few hours later! Prescription was sent right to my pharmacy. I'm all set for my dentist appointment later today!

GBIt was actually one of the best… It was actually one of the best healthcare related experiences I have ever had. I needed a prescription for an antibiotic for an infection that had developed in my jaw. I logged into the website at 8:30 am (without an appointment) and answered a few questions and received an email at 9:50 am that a prescription was ready for me to pick up at the pharmacy. As a topper it was almost a third of the cost of my previous online health provider.

GBOk experience It was a fine experience except I don’t feel that they fully read my chart. I put something very specific on there about medication and it wasn’t even acknowledged and the prescription sent was something that I couldn’t swallow. I emailed and got no response back about it. I like the service but perhaps more communication is necessary.

GBFor someone who doesn’t have insurance… For someone who doesn’t have insurance and can’t afford $200+ on a non-insured doctors visit, and can’t afford to miss work as a teacher this was truly life saving. Quick and easy, and much more affordable.
