Received prescription for dental… Received prescription for dental infection within 2 hours! If you can't get to the doctor or dentist but need a script that day, this company is affordable and efficient.

NO REFUND despite on time CANCELLATION!!!! I placed an order, got confirmation with message stating that it can take up to 5 hrs to fulfill. I immediately canceled the order by emailing support email from confirmation email. Who wants to wait up to 5 hrs when you are sick and need of care. Order was fulfilled later same day after 3 hours and I was charged despite cancellation was sent way before. As per their policy, no refund is issued if order is fulfilled which is not the case here and I am still calling representative over n over to claim refund with no outcome. Their system co ordination seems to be broken and support sucks. I still haven’t even received the confirmation of cancellation after 10+ days. Beware before throwing your money out to them.

Good process - mediocre delivery The questionnaire process was quick and efficient; however, I was supposed to get the rinse as requested. I did receive the antibiotics, but not the rinse. I emailed 3 times over 2 days and never received a reply. That’s really poor customer service.
