It is great that I can get medicine on… It is great that I can get medicine on a Sunday. I appreciate that they listen to their patients and give suggestions and support on the medication that would be best for their symptoms. Highly recommend using 24 hour Doc and will definitely will use again.

Truck driver As an over the road truck driver it’s not easy to take care of Medical conditions as they arise over the road. So thankful for the service for getting me a prescription for some antibiotics for a tooth infection Within hours of applying to their service. Thank you so much to the 24hrdoc team.

NO REFUND despite on time CANCELLATION!!!! I placed an order, got confirmation with message stating that it can take up to 5 hrs to fulfill. I immediately canceled the order by emailing support email from confirmation email. Who wants to wait up to 5 hrs when you are sick and need of care. Order was fulfilled later same day after 3 hours and I was charged despite cancellation was sent way before. As per their policy, no refund is issued if order is fulfilled which is not the case here and I am still calling representative over n over to claim refund with no outcome. Their system co ordination seems to be broken and support sucks. I still haven’t even received the confirmation of cancellation after 10+ days. Beware before throwing your money out to them.

Woke up to an abcessed tooth Woke up to an abcessed tooth. Was able to fill a form out online without ever having to speak to anyone (because even speaking was difficult) and got started on antibiotics a few hours later! Prescription was sent right to my pharmacy. I'm all set for my dentist appointment later today!

I’m so glad I came across this site!! I’m so glad I came across this site on google! I was in so much pain from a tooth abscess and wasn’t able to get to the dentist immediately. After reading the other reviews, I decided to take a chance and filled out the quick consultation form. I received an email that it was confirmed right away, and in 4 hours it was sent to my pharmacy. Such a relief that I was able to get the antibiotics that I needed without having to go to anywhere. Well worth the $40. Thank you!!
