Technical issues up front but overall experience better than I had hoped for. There were some technical issues when I first signed up. Some links that read not active and I kept getting a text that kept asking me to add my payment method, which I had done days prior… But I love the PA that I am seeing.

Better business bureau: 77 complaints If I could rate it -17393 I would. Better Business Bureau has a rating of 1.45/5 stars with 77 complaints closed in the last 12 months. Check it out on Better Business Bureau. This establishment should be shut down. If you see on zocdoc that a doctor is part of this organization, run for the hills. The doctor wrote the wrong directions on my prescription and my pharmacy will not fill it due to his error. There is no way to get in touch with the doctor and the circle medical team had no way of getting in touch with him either. They did not do anything to rectify the situation and now it is the end of the next day, and I still do not have my needed medication. They treat prescriptions as if you are waiting on an Amazon package. You will never get anyone on the phone, even with requesting.

Practical advise, with the prescribed medications…I never felt rushed, she allowed dignity and grace…and understanding! Numerous appointments are available! Horrible experience Horrible experience, back to back virtual visits scheduled and tried to charge for both then send me to a physical location to charge again. Absolutely ridiculous, just a giant cash grab that if youre willing to pay a boatload before even getting a non guaranteed script for your meds than go for it. I wont be dealing with this garbage company anymore.
