Check it out on Better Business Bureau. This establishment should be shut down. If you see on zocdoc that a doctor is part of this organization, run for the hills. The doctor wrote the wrong directions on my prescription and my pharmacy will not fill it due to his error. There is no way to get in touch with the doctor and the circle medical team had no way of getting in touch with him either. They did not do anything to rectify the situation and now it is the end of the next day, and I still do not have my needed medication. They treat prescriptions as if you are waiting on an Amazon package. You will never get anyone on the phone, even with requesting.

Practical advise, with the prescribed medications…I never felt rushed, she allowed dignity and grace…and understanding! Numerous appointments are available! IEpoor customer service I've been dealing with Circle Medical for almost a year and generally I've had a good experances. However I'm recently having a bill/insurance issues (my insurer says blood tests where coded incorrectly) and I've been in contact with their customer support. What can I say, it's terrible. They only engage via instance message. They're very slow to response and I keep having to explain the issue to different people. This is going on for over 3 month. I've try ask to speak to someone but they ignor me. Make your own decsions, but consider what will happen when you need support.
