Guided meditation I have been doing the daily guided twin hearts meditation with Christian and the group for 6 months. I now have a better understanding of what meditation is and how it has improved my life. Absolutely life-changing This testimonial is a long time coming… Christian came into my life almost 4 years ago and I am no longer the person I was then: riddled with hopelessness, deep existential dread, living through the most undesirable situation a mother can.
