Seasoned Insights and Guidance I began attending Christian’s daily mediations (Twin Hearts) about a month ago and they quickly became an essential part of my day. Christian delivers some of the most powerful meditations I’ve ever experienced. A longtime Pranic Healer (20 years) and Arhatic Yogi, Christian senses the energy of the group (collectively and individually) and guides us through the meditation with an eye at evolving our spiritual growth. Somehow each day has a particular theme. After the meditation there is a short feedback session where we share our experiences and Christian very kindly offers suggestions and support to improve our mediation process. Here, Christian generally shares a quick teaching or two that drives home the theme of the meditation. I learn something from him every day and highly recommend that you check it out.
