They asked me what were my symptoms They asked me what were my symptoms, I told them and they created a prescription and sent it to Walgreen's for me. Saved me hundreds of dollars and lots of time. I have used Alexa 2 times now and appreciate the speed and effectivness of their service. Awesome job guys!

Tooth Fairy Can I tell you I consider Dr. Alexa the “Tooth Fairy!” I woke up about 5 am with painless swelling to my gums and I was not aware of any dental issues at all. I tried to make an appointment with my dentist but nothing available sooooo… I did a google search for a physician who could treat until I could see my dentist. That’s when I found my Tooth Fairy! Asked me all pertinent questions regarding symptoms, health status, and allergies. My treatment was not only tailored to my specific needs but there were choices of treatment.

The doctor failed to consult with me… The doctor failed to consult with me and issued a prescription that did not treat the reason for the visit and failed to respond to requests to discussion unless I paid another fee. The doctor also prescribed treatment for a condition I never indicated I had. Avoid this company. Very poor customer service.
